基于包容性增长的西部省域国际旅游目的地建设路径探究

摘　　要：在分析我国西部省域国际旅游目的地建设过程中存在诸多问题与矛盾的基础上,指出包容性增长是西部省域国际旅游目的地建设的新机制,提出以“包容性发展国际旅游目的地建设金字塔模型”为西部省域国际旅游目的地建设的基本模式,论述了包容性增长视域下西部省域国际旅游目的地建设的基本路径即以全域旅游为框架,以供给侧改革为驱动,以生态文明为引领,以技术革新为指导,发展增长的、游客满意的、绿色的和创新的西部省域国际旅游目的地。This paper points out that inclusive growth can serve as the new mechanism for building international tourism destinations in western China,proposing a relevant “basic pyramid model” following an analysis of the many problems with this effort. The “basic pyramid model” is essentially a road map,which features inclusive growth driven by supply-side reform,eco-consciousness,and technological innovation that tourists aspire to.
