摘 要:为了研究热屏对离子推力器空心阴极的性能的影响,本文建立了空心阴极热屏热量损失的半经验理论模型。计算了不同热屏结构对空心阴极的热量损失的影响,并对模型计算结果进行了实验验证。实验测试结果表明:空心阴极热屏不仅能够更有效的减少空心阴极加热器的热辐射,也可以缩短空心阴极热平衡时间、降低空心阴极稳态工作时功率提高空心阴极工作的性能。热屏蔽层间的距离会影响热屏的保热效果,多层疏松结构热屏具有更高的热效率。In order to study the effect on heating efficiency of the ion thruster hollow cathode by thermal shielding, a theoretical calculation model of the thermal loss of the heat shield was established.In this paper the heat loss of different structure and different distance of thermal screen is calculated,and the results of the analysis were verified by experiment. The experimental results show that the heat shield not only can reduce the thermal radiation of the hollow cathode heater, reduce the power at the steady state of hollow cathode, but also improved hollow cathode performance. The effect of the heat shield is determines by the distance between heat shield layers, so multi-layer loose structure heat shield has better thermal protection effect.
