摘 要:等离子燃烧器点火作为一种新型点火技术,具有较高的安全性和经济性,并越来越多地应用于大型电站锅炉,但其在运行过程中普遍存在结焦和烧损现象。针对宁夏某电厂1100MW超超临界燃煤机组吹管期间A2等离子燃烧器中心壁温超温及结焦情况进行分析,并提出一系列预防措施,有效解决了等离子燃烧器的超温及结焦问题,保证了等离子燃烧器的安全运行。As a new ignition technology, plasma burner ignition is more and more widely used in large-scale utility boilers because of its high safety and economy. However, coking and burning are common during operation.In this paper, the over-temperature and coking of the central wall of A2 plasma burner during blowing pipe of 1100 MW ultrasupercritical coal-fired unit in a power plant in Ningxia are analyzed in detail, and a series of preventive measures are put forward to effectively solve the problem of over-temperature and coking of the plasma burner.It ensures the safe operation of the plasma burner.
