摘  要:约旦某油页岩电站因含有油页岩处理、矿井区等工艺负荷,整厂配电负荷远大于常规火电机组。因标准差异、能源差异、约旦电网现状、约旦电厂运维环境现状、致使无成熟常态工程参考,又因初步设计阶段的工艺提资限制,导致该油页岩电站项目前期预控有较大难度。该文抽样四个电厂工程进行负荷分析,量化差异,对比分析国内外标准,并根据给定直流负荷曲线进行全厂蓄电池容量核算,最后总结在该项目中的实际执行经验,以供同类项目参考。In an oil shale-fueled power plant in Jordan, distribution loads in the whole power plant is much heavier than that in conventional power plants because of added technical loads from oil shale treatment and mines;no mature reference to this new energy project due to fuel difference, standards difference and the current status of Jordanian power grid and power plant operation and maintenance environment, plus rough design information provided at primary design stage, have caused more difficulty on project pre-control at the early time. In this paper, four projects are selected to analyze loads and quantify differences, contrast domestic standards and foreign standards, and calculate battery capacity based on given DC load curve. The practical execution experience about overseas oil-shale new energy projects is also provided in this paper for future reference.
