摘  要:出租车作为城市公共交通的重要组成部分,在其运营过程中产生了海量的轨迹数据,这些轨迹数据中包含了大量隐含的规律及有价值的信息,对其进行数据挖掘可以得到出租车的出行特征及运营规律,从而优化出租车运营模式、增加司机收益。而OpenStreetMap项目是众源地理数据中极具代表性的项目,其数据量丰富、现势性强、成本低廉,被广泛应用。针对这一现状,依据空驶率的定义,提出道路空驶率的概念,并利用深圳市出租车轨迹数据及深圳市OpenStreetMap矢量地图数据,对其预处理后挖掘各条道路上出租车行驶数目及其载客情况,据此计算出租车在各条道路的空驶率,进而基于出租车轨迹分析道路空驶情况,最终得到出租车在各街道的空驶特征,从而为城市交通管理及出租车运营提供参考依据。As an important part of urban public transport, a large amount of trajectory data have been produced by taxis, which contains a lot of implicit rules and valuable information within its operation process. By data mining, the travel characteristics and operation rules of taxis can be obtained, so as to optimize the taxi operation mode and increase the income of drivers. Open Street Map is one of the most representative project of crowdsource geographic data, which has large data quantity, high currency, low price and wide application. In view of this situation, based on the definition of empty-run rate, the concept of road empty-run rate is proposed, and by using the trajectory data of Shenzhen taxi and the vector map data of Shenzhen Open Street Map, the number of taxis on each road and their passenger occupancy are mined after preprocessing. Consequently, the taxi empty-run rate on each road is calculated, and then the empty-run condition of the road is analyzed based on the taxi trajectory. Finally, the taxi empty-run characteristics on each street are obtained, so as to provide reference basis for urban traffic management and taxi operation.
