摘  要:水电厂TN8000机组振动摆度监测分析系统针对机组振摆及三部轴承温度的分析提供可靠的数据支撑,其在水轮机组运行中,也能为滑环/碳刷温度过高提供精确分析和论证依据。所以,在分析机组振动摆度等数据特点的基础上,以趋势分析及数据统计为依据的状态分析,可用于对XFB发生的滑环碳刷温度过高情况进行分析,并提出有效的应对决策。In hydropower plants, the TN8000 unit vibration and swinging monitoring system could provide a reliable data support for the analysis of the unit vibration and swinging and the temperatures of three bearings. Also, it could help to analyze the abnormal high temperature of slip rings and carbon brushes during the unit operation. With an analysis of the characteristics of the unit vibration and swinging data, the abnormal high temperature problem of slip rings and carbon brushes in the XFB unit is analyzed based on trend analysis and data statistics. Some effective countermeasures are proposed correspondingly.
