摘　　要：根据液控管路的运行现状,为方便检修和日常维护,经过反复对比研究,决定将原来的液控管路及相关的接头和阀门全部更换为公制的配件,将卡套式的密封形式改为平面加“O”形密封圈的管接头,这样可以大大方便检修维护工作,并彻底解决了卡套式金属硬密封出现渗油后难以有效解决的难题。The optimization and renovation of the hydraulic control pipeline of governor in Shuibuya Hydropower Plant are introduced. Considering the current operation status of the pipeline and the overhaul and daily maintenance convenience, the original joints and valves in the hydraulic control pipeline are all replaced by metric accessories. Also, the jacket type sealing is replaced by the flat pipe joint with O-shape sealing ring. With these measures, problems observed in the original pipeline such as the oil leakage are successfully solved.
