摘 要:采用冷轧堆法利用阳离子改性剂B对棉织物进行改性,探讨了阳离子改性工艺对棉织物活性染料无盐低碱染色性能的影响。结果表明,改性剂、碱的用量及改性时间对织物染色性能有影响。改性织物的活性染料上染率有明显提高,同时匀染性没有明显下降,且改性后棉织物皂洗色牢度、日晒牢度和摩擦色牢度与常规染色性能相当。The cotton fabric was modified by cold pad-batch method using cationic modifier B. The effect of cationic modification process on the salt-free and low-alkali dyeing properties of cotton fabric with reactive dyes was discussed. The results showed the amount of modifier, alkali and modification time had effects on the dyeing performance of the fabric. The dyeing rate of the reactive dye of the modified fabric was obviously improved, and the leveling property was not significantly decreased. The soaping color fastness, sunshine fastness and rubbing fastness of the modified cotton fabric were similar to those of traditional dyeing.
