摘  要:中空织物是由高性能连续纤维整体织造而成的一种结构功能一体化织物,由上下表层以及贯穿于上下表层的Z向纤维构成的夹芯结构组成。在传统双剑杆割绒织机上,进行机械改造及织造工艺参数设计,织造出了中空织物。Hollow sandwich fabric was a kind of material with integrated structure and function, which was woven by high performance continuous fiber. The sandwich structure of hollow fabric was composed of upper and lower surface layer and Z-direction fiber running through the upper and lower surface layer. In the traditional double-rapier velvet-cutting loom, hollow fabrics were weaved by mechanical modification and weaving process parameters design.
