摘　　要：探索医疗养老创新模式对于提高老年人的生活质量、合理配置医疗保障资源具有十分重要的社会意义。目前医疗养老服务的缺口很大,现存的医疗养老供给模式存在各种局限,难以满足广大老年人的医疗服务需求。老年人的医疗服务需求巨大,且具有依存性、层次性、经济性和长期性的特点。通过构建完全融合式、医养联盟式、通道式、契约式、嵌入式等模式,开展医疗养老供给方式的多样化创新,并在政策、机制、人员管理等方面促进医疗服务与养老服务的有效对接。Exploring the innovative model of medical pension is of great social significance for the improvement of the quality of life of the elderly and the rational allocation of medical security resources.At present,there is a great gap in the service of old-age care service,and there are so different limitations in the existing mode of supply of medical care that it is difficult to meet the medical service needs of the elderly.The demand for medical services for the elderly is enormous and dependent,hierarchical,economical and long-term.Through the mode construction such as fully integrated,medical-supported,channel-based,contractual,embedded,and others,we will carry out diversified innovations in the provision of medical pensions,and promote the effectiveness docking of medical services and aged care services in terms of policies,mechanisms,and personnel management.
