摘 要:目的研究探讨三级甲等医院医生职业倦怠行为特点。方法采用Maslach职业倦怠量表和自行设计的一般情况调查表随机抽取广州六家三级甲等综合医院180名医生进行问卷调查。结果三甲医院医生情绪衰竭和成就感低程度为重度,去人性化程度为中度。被调查医生中,83.63%有中等及以上程度的情绪衰竭;65.80%有中等及以上程度的去人性化;78.68%有中等及以上程度的丧失个人成就感。影响情绪衰竭的主要因素有性别、职称、工作性质;女性情绪衰竭程度高于男性,职称越高,工作强度和风险越低,情绪衰竭程度越低。影响去人性化的主要因素有职称和工作性质,职称越高,工作强度和风险越低,去人性化程度越高。影响个人成就感的主要因素有工作年限、职称、工作性质;工作年限越长、职称越高,工作强度和风险越高,个人成就感越强。结论三甲医院医生职业倦怠情况比较严重,不同人口学特征医生的职业倦怠状况存在差异,与性别、工作年限、职称、工作性质等因素密切相关。应高度重视,采取有效措施,给予个性化的指导和帮助,缓解医生职业倦怠。Objective Study on job burnout among doctors in tertiary hospitals. Methods Using the Maslach job burnout scale and the self-designed general questionnaire,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 180 doctors from six tertiary hospitals in Guangzhou. Results In tertiary hospitals,the degree of emotional exhaustion and achievement was low,and the degree of dehumanization was moderate.Among the surveyed doctors,83.63% had moderate or higher levels of emotional exhaustion.65.80% had moderate and above levels of human nature.78.68% had a moderate or above loss of personal accomplishment.The main factors affecting emotional exhaustion were sex,professional title,and the nature of work.The degree of emotional exhaustion of women was higher than that of men.The higher the job title and the lower the work intensity and risk,the lower the degree of emotional exhaustion.The main factors affecting the dehumanization were professional titles and work.The higher the title and the lower the work intensity and risk,the higher the dehumanization.The main factors affecting the sense of personal achievement were working time,job title,job nature,longer working life.The higher the job title and the higher work intensity and risk,the higher the personal achievement. Conclusion The job burnout of the doctors in the tertiary hospital is serious,and the job burnout of doctors with different demographic characteristics is different,which is closely related to gender,length of service,professional title,specialty and other factors.We should attach great importance to and take effective measures to give personalized guidance and help to alleviate the job burnout of doctors.
