摘　　要：推进老年宜居环境建设有利于增进民生福祉,有利于促进经济发展、增进社会和谐,是开展积极应对人口老龄化行动的重要举措。中铁任之健康城在设计之初就提出了八大核心理念,围绕景观规划、智慧养老、特色服务,开创了老年宜居社区创新模式。Promoting the construction of livable environment for the elderly is beneficial to promote the well-being of the people's livelihood, social harmony and economic development, which is important to actively cope with population aging. At the beginning of its design, Renzhi Healthy City of China Railway put forward eight core concepts, which revolved around landscape planning, intelligent elderly characteristics service, and created an innovation model of livable community for the elderly.
