摘  要:考虑到车辆在实际道路上行驶时不断承受来自路面的高频激励作用,在搭建悬架模型时,传统的线性衬套模型不能充分反应悬架在随机载荷冲击作用下的动态特性。因此,基于柔性多体动力学理论,利用有限元分析软件对衬套模型进行模态分析,生成柔性体衬套模型并搭建样车悬架模型。将试车场采集得到的路面载荷谱作为激励,进行动态仿真及台架试验。分析二者结果可知,该建模方法对于研究悬架动态K&C特性具有一定的参考意义。Considering that vehicles are constantly subjected to high-frequency excitation from the road surface when driving on the actual road,the traditional linear bushing model can not fully reflect the dynamic characteristics of the suspension under random load impact. Therefore,based on the flexible multi-body dynamics theory,the finite element analysis software is used to analyze the modal of the bushing,build the flexible bushing model and build the suspension model of the prototype. The dynamic simulation and bench test are carried out by using the road load spectrum collected from the test yard as excitation. The results show that the modeling method has certain reference significance for the study of suspension dynamic K& C characteristics.
