摘  要:以某转子发动机的偏心轴为研究对象,对偏心轴的振动及最大爆发压力下的瞬态冲击应力进行了分析。运用CATIA软件建立偏心轴三维模型,将模型输入ANSYS Workbench进行模态和强度分析,得出了输出偏心轴的前6阶固有频率和及偏心轴在最高爆发压力下的瞬态冲击应力。结果表明,偏心轴的最低阶固有频率高于偏心轴的激励频率,最大爆发压力下的极限应力发生在轴承段与主轴颈的过渡圆角处。The paper takes the eccentric shaft of the rotor engine as the research object,and analyzes the vibration of the eccentric shaft and the transient impact stress under the maximum burst pressure. Firstly,the three-dimensional model of the eccentric shaft was built using CATIA software. Then the model was input into the ANSYS Workbench for modal analysis and strength analysis. Finally,the first six natural frequencies of the eccentric shaft and the transient impact stress of the eccentric shaft under the highest explosion pressure were output. The results show that the lowest natural frequency of the eccentric shaft is higher than the excitation frequency of the eccentric shaft, and the ultimate stress at the maximum burst pressure occurs at the transition between the bearing section and the main journal.
