五凉含漱液在胃镜黏膜下剥离术后患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的观察自制五凉含漱液在胃镜黏膜下剥离术后患者口腔护理中的临床疗效。方法选取2017年3~8月我院行ESD术的患者100例,随机分为观察组及对照组,每组50 例。两组术后每天进行口腔护理,观察组用自制五凉中药含漱液,对照组用生理盐水,比较两组患者口腔异味、口干、咽干咽痛、口腔溃疡等情况。结果(1)口腔异味:观察组术后6 h、24 h、48 h有效率分别为72%、86%、94%,对照组分别为52%、68%、80%,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);(2)口干:观察组术后6 h、24 h、48 h有效率分别为76%、88%、96%,对照组分别为56%、70%、84%,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);(3)咽干咽痛:观察组术后6 h、24 h、48 h有效率分别为72%、88%、96%,对照组分别为54%、72%、84%,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);(4)口腔溃疡:观察组术后6 h、24 h、48 h有效率均为100%,对照组分别为100%、92%、90%,24 h、48 h有效率观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论胃内镜黏膜下剥离术后患者用自制五凉含漱液口腔护理,可以有效防治口腔异味、口干、咽干咽痛、口腔溃疡等,无不良反应。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of self-made Wuliang gargle in oral care of patients after submucosal dissection under gastroscope. Methods 100 patients with ESD in our hospital from March to August 2017 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. Oral care was performed every day after operation in the two groups. The observation group was given self-made Wuliang Chinese medicine gargle, and the control group was given normal saline. The oral odor, dry mouth, dry throat, sore throat and oral ulcers were compared between the two groups. Results (1) Oral odor: The effective rates of the observation group were 72%, 86%, and 94% at 6 hours, 24 hours, and 48 hours after surgery, and those in the control group were 52%, 68%, and 80%, respectively. The effective rates in observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);(2)Dry mouth: The effective rates of the observation group were 76%, 88%, and 96% at 6 hours, 24 hours, and 48 hours after surgery, and those in the control group were 56%, 70%, and 84%, respectively. The effective rates in observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);(3)Dry throat and sore throat: The effective rates of the observation group were 72%, 88%, and 96% at 6 hours, 24 hours, and 48 hours after surgery, and those in the control group were 54%, 72%, and 84%, respectively. The effective rates in observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);(4)Oral ulcers: The effective rates of the observation group were all 100% at 6 hours, 24 hours, and 48 hours after surgery, and those in the control group were 100%, 92%, and 90%. The effective rates in observation group at 24 hours and 48 hours were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion After endoscopic submucosal dissection, patients with oral Wuliang gargle oral care can effectively prevent oral odor, dry mouth, dry throat, sore throat, oral ulcers and other diseases, with no adverse reactions.
