摘  要:糖尿病肾病是导致终末期肾病的主要原因,早期诊断和干预可能有助于逆转肾脏损害。已有研究表明同型半胱氨酸水平是糖尿病肾病发生发展的危险因素之一,同时MTHFR基因多态性易导致高同型半胱氨酸血症,此会引起一系列疾病的发生。本文将对国内外同型半胱氨酸水平及MTHFR基因与2型糖尿病肾病关系的研究情况进行综述。Diabetic nephropathy is the leading cause of terminal stage renal disease. Early diagnosis and intervention may help reverse kidney damage. Studies have shown that homocysteine levels are one of the risk factors for the development of diabetic nephropathy. At the same time, the MTHFR gene polymorphism easily leads to hyperhomocysteinemia, which can cause a series of diseases. This article will review the research at home and abroad on the relationship between homocysteine level and MTHFR gene and type 2 diabetic nephropathy.
