摘 要:中国的绿色建筑从第一代的萌芽示范,到第二代的规模化推广已历经十余年,技术体系持续更新,标准规范几经更迭。本文结合新形势下绿色建筑从速度向质量转变的大背景,以上海建科院莘庄十号楼为典型项目代表,阐述第三代绿色建筑的创新实践之路。China’s green building has experienced more than ten years from the first generation of budding demonstration to the second generation of large-scale promotion. The technical system has been continuously updated, and the standards have changed several times. Based on the background of green building changing from speed to quality under the new situation, this paper takes Xinzhuang 10th Building of Shanghai Research Institute of Building Sciences as a typical project representative to elaborate the innovative practice of the third generation green building.
