摘  要:我国各地积极推进的智慧城市建设,纷纷陷入建设方案水土不服、建设措施难以落地的困境。数字孪生城市理念的提出为智慧城市实践带来一种最为可行的尝试。重点分析了数字孪生城市作为物理世界的数据闭环赋能系统的内涵和四方面特征,以系统论和生态系统理论为理论基础,提出基于立体感知的数字孪生城市构建方式,重点研究了三大支柱和三方面建设框架,以实现针对城市这一开放的复杂巨系统的可视化、智能化管理。The construction of Smart City, which has been actively promoted in various parts of China, has been mired in the predicament of unconformity of construction plans and difficulty in landing construction measures. The concept of digital twinning city brings a most feasible attempt for the practice of Smart City. This paper focuses on the connotation and four characteristics of the digital twin city as a closed-loop data empowerment system in the physical world. From the theory of system theory and ecosystem theory, this paper proposes a digital twinning city based on stereo perception, focusing on the three pillars and three levels of construction to achieve the visual and intelligent management of the open and complex system of the city.
