摘 要:如何理解不同地区的招赘现象,成为学界争论至今还未解决的一个难题。深嵌于村庄社会的招赘行为,很大程度上受到家族结构和生育文化的影响。通常情况下,家族结构越紧密的地区,血缘密度越高,对外排斥力就越强,地方生育文化就越强调生子,轻视上门女婿,因而招赘婚姻就越少,招赘婚姻由此在全国展现出南北有序的区域类型差异。区域比较的视角有助于辨析不同类型招赘婚姻的不同社会功能,也有利于国家生育、养老、妇幼权益保护等政策的制定和实施。How to understand the uxorilocal phenomenon occurred in different regions has become a difficult problem that has not been solved in the academic circle yet. The uxorilocal behaviors deeply embedded in the village society are largely influenced by family structure and fertility culture. In general, the closer the family structure is in an area, the higher the blood density is, the stronger the external repulsive force will be. The local fertility culture will lay more emphasis on having boys and despise live-in sons-in-law, so there will be fewer uxorilocal marriages. The uxorilocal marriage shows an orderly regional/type difference that from north to south across the country. From the perspective of regional comparison, it is helpful to distinguish the different social functions of different types of uxorilocal marriage, and also conducive to the formulation and implementation of national policies on birth, old-age care, protection of women’s and children’s rights and interests.
