男权视角下的新生代农民工“闪婚”现象

摘　　要：通过对赣中聂村的调查发现,新生代农民工“闪婚”主要起源于农民在外经商的需要,而跨省婚姻成了“闪婚”的助推力。“闪婚”仍然是家庭事业,在“闪婚”中男女交往少的状况在本质上没有变化,女方考察男方的本质没有改变,女方择偶标准的本质也未变,改变的是结婚的程序、考察男方的方式和择偶观念。从夫居、彩礼制和婚姻家庭中的权利义务关系等制度设计是建立在男权基础之上的,到了现代社会,支撑男权的社会基础和礼法制度等都发生变化,男方权利减少而义务没有变化,女方权利彰显而义务相对减少。高额彩礼引发了男权的尴尬与风险,女方不归还高额彩礼也会面临风险,“闪婚闪离”没有赢家。Based on the investigation of Nie Village in central Jiangxi Province, the origin of“ flash marriage” was sorted out from the historical source. The mechanism of occurrence was revealed, and the internal relationship between“ flash marriage” and high bride price was discussed. The perspective of male rights can well explain the relationship between the“ flash marriage” problem of the new generation of migrant workers, the“ flash marriage” and the high bride price. The“ flash marriage” of the new generation of migrant workers mainly originated from the needs of farmers doing business outside, and inter-provincial marriage became the driving force of“ flash marriage”.“ Flash marriage” is still a family issue. In the“ flash marriage”, the situation of lack of communication between men and women has not improved essentially. The essence of the woman’s investigation of the man has not changed, and the essence of the woman’s mate selection criteria has not changed. The change is the procedure of marriage and the inspection of the man, mate choices. In modern society, women’s rights are improved and their obligations are reduced, but the social foundation and ritual system that supports patriarchal rights have changed. The obligations of husband and wife and marriage and family are still designed according to the system of patriarchal society. The rights of man reduce but his obligation has not changed. The high bride price has caused the embarrassment and risk of male rights. The woman will also face risks if she does not return the high bride price. There is no winner in the flash marriage.
