摘 要:基于色散位移光纤中的自发四波混频过程,制备了具备光学输出以及电子辅助信号输出的1550nm通讯波段便携式偏振纠缠量子光源,标准单模光纤端口可输出信号波长和闲置波长分别为1558.17nm和1548.51nm的偏振纠缠光子对,同轴电缆端口可输出用于单光子探测器和数据采集系统的经延时调谐和分频的电信号。结果表明,当单通道光子产生率约为0.0007pair/pulse时,符合计数率与随机符合计数率之比可达22.8;偏振纠缠干涉条纹可见度为87%。A portable polarization-entangled quantum photon source with an optical output as well as an auxiliary electronic output in the 1550 nm telecom band is developed based on spontaneous four-wave mixing in a dispersion-shifted fiber. The polarization-entangled photon pairs of signal and idler waves with wavelengths of 1558.17 nm and 1548.51 nm are outputted from the standard single-mode fiber port, respectively. The electrical signals with tunable delay and frequency division are outputted from the coaxial cable port, which are used for the single photon detectors and the data acquisition system. The results show that when the photon generation rate in a single channel is about 0.0007 pair/pulse, the ratio between the coincidence count rate and the accidental coincidence count rate is up to 22.8, and the visibility of polarization-entangled interference fringes is 87%.
