摘　　要：目的了解青浦区中学生亚健康现状及影响因素。方法将2018年青浦区在校中学生作为研究对象进行问卷调查,采用卡方检验和多因素logistic回归分析中学生亚健康现状及影响因素。结果青浦区中学生亚健康的得分为372.59±34.62,躯体亚健康得分为172.45±12.85,心理亚健康得分为200.14±24.85。亚健康症状检出率为54.11%,亚健康状态检出率为13.64%。年龄、性别、家庭所在地、吸烟史、饮酒史、人际交往、睡眠时间、大强度运动和学习负担是亚健康的影响因素。结论青浦区中学生亚健康状态检出率女生高于男生、城区高于乡镇,应多个角度对中学生进行健康教育,降低亚健康发生风险。Objective To understand the current situation of sub-health and influencing factors of middle school students in Qingpu District. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among middle school students in Qingpu District in 2018. The chi-square test and multivariate logistic regression were used to analyze the status and influencing factors of middle school students’ sub-health. Results The sub-health score of middle school students in Qingpu District was 372.59±34.62;the sub-health score of the body was 172.45±12.85;the mental sub-health score was 200.14±24.85. The detection rate of sub-health symptom was 54.11%, and the detection rate of sub-health status was 13.64%. Gender, family location, smoking history, drinking history, interpersonal relationships, sleep time, high-intensity exercise, and learning burden were the influencing factors of sub-health. Conclusion The detection rate of sub-health status of middle school students in Qingpu District is higher in girls than in boys, and higher in urban areas than in towns. Health education should be carried out for middle school students from various angles to reduce the risk of sub-health.
