摘　　要：高尿酸血症是嘌呤代谢障碍及人体内嘌呤摄入过多而引起的一种代谢性疾病。近年来由于人们生活水平的提高,饮食习惯的改变,高尿酸血症患病率出现不断上升和年轻化的趋势。本文通过社区护理干预,使高尿酸血症者采取合理饮食、戒烟禁酒、适当运动、控制体重和调适心理等措施,降低危险因素,提高防治高尿酸血症的相关知识,减少并发症的发生,从而帮助患者提高生活质量。Hyperuricemia is a metabolic disease caused by disorder of purine metabolism and excessive intake of purine in human body. In recent years, due to the improvement of people’s living standards and the change of dietary habits, the prevalence of hyperuricemia has been rising and younger. Through community nursing intervention, this paper makes hyperuricemia patients take reasonable diet, smoking cessation, alcohol prohibition, appropriate exercise, weight control and psychological adjustment measures to reduce risk factors, improve the knowledge of prevention and treatment of hyperuricemia, reduce the occurrence of complications, so as to help patients improve their quality of life.
