艾灸联合毫米波治疗仪对慢性支气管炎患者肺功能、炎症因子水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨艾灸联合毫米波治疗仪对慢性支气管炎患者肺功能、炎症因子水平的影响。方法选择2017年6月—2018年10月在本院老年病专科住院治疗的60例慢性支气管炎患者作为研究对象,根据患者入院顺序随机分为干预组和对照组两组,每组各30例。两组均接受抗感染、祛痰、止咳等对症治疗,在此基础上,干预组辅助给予艾灸联合毫米波治疗仪治疗。比较两组肺功能、血清C反应蛋白、中医证候疗效。结果治疗后,干预组FVC、FEV1、FEV1/FVC肺功能指标显著优于对照组(P<0.01);干预组CRP较对照组显著下降(t=4.055,P<0.01),两组自身治疗前后比较,CRP差异均明显降低(P<0.01);干预组中医证候总有效率显著高于对照组(t=4.043,P=0.044)。结论通过艾灸和毫米波治疗仪的联合治疗,可以调节机体的免疫系统,改善肺功能,促进炎性物质吸收,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the effect of moxibustion combined with millimeter wave therapeutic apparatus on pulmonary function and level of inflammatory factors in patients with chronic bronchitis.Methods From June 2017 to October 2018,60 patients with chronic bronchitis in geriatric department of our hospital were selected as the study subjects,according to the order of admission,the patients were randomly divided into intervention group and control group,30 cases each.Both groups received symptomatic treatment such as anti-infection,expectoration and cough relief.On this basis,the intervention group was assisted by moxibustion combined with millimeter wave therapeutic apparatus.The lung function,serum C-reactive protein and TCM syndromes of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the lung function indexes of FVC,FEV1 and FEV1/FVC in intervention group were significantly better than those in control group(P < 0.01).CRP in intervention group was significantly lower than that in control group(t = 4.055,P<0.01).The concentration of CRP decreased significantly in both groups after the treatment(P< 0.01).The total effective rate of TCM syndromes in intervention group was significantly higher than that in control group(t = 4.043,P = 0.044).Conclusions Through the combined treatment of moxibustion and millimeter wave therapeutic apparatus,it could regulate the immune system of the body,improve lung function and promote the absorption of inflammatory substances,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
