中波高能紫外线治疗白癜风的疗效

摘　　要：目的评估中波高能紫外线治疗白癜风的疗效。方法应用中波高能紫外线对44例白癜风患者的134处皮损进行局部照射治疗,每周2次,至少进行16次照射。治疗结束后对皮损色素恢复程度进行评估。结果照射治疗16次时,53处(39.6%)皮损取得了50%以上的复色,复色等级为2.16±0.03。在前16次治疗中,取得2级以上复色的皮损随后续治疗次数的增加复色范围更加明显,而复色等级低于1级的皮损在后续治疗中无明显变化。不同的部位复色情况不同,肢端的疗效最差。病程在2年内的皮损复色等级优于病程超过2年的皮损(2.56±0.17 vs.1.55±0.06)(P<0.05)。此外,成人和儿童的皮损复色等级及累积剂量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中波高能紫外线可有效、安全地治疗儿童和成人各类白癜风。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of medium wave high energy ultraviolet in the treatment of vitiligo.Methods Forty-four patients with 134 vitiligo patches were treated by high energy ultraviolet,which was performed twice a week for a total of 16 times of treatment at least.The degree of skin pigmentation recovery was evaluated after treatment.Results After 16 times of treatment,53 patches(39.6%) of vitiligo achieved repigmentation more than 50% with a repigmentation grade of 2.16±0.03.The repigmentation area after follow-up treatment was more in the cases who had grade 2 repigmentation during the first 16 times of treatment than those who had repigmentation less than grade 1.The degree of skin pigmentation recovery varied in different anatomic locations,of which acral lesions got the least improvement.The grade of skin pigmentation recovery in disease course within 2 years was significantly greater than that in more than 2 years(2.56±0.17 vs.1.55±0.06)(P<0.05).In addition,there were no significant differences in the grade of repigmentation and cumulative dose between the children and adult patients(P>0.05).Conclusion Medium wave high energy ultraviolet radiation can effectively and safely treat all kinds of vitiligo in children and adults.
