PDCA循环在检验科人员手卫生管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨PDCA循环管理方法在检验科工作人员手卫生管理中的运用。方法:回顾分析运用PDCA循环管理方法后,检验科手卫生依从性和正确率差异。结果:实施PDCA循环管理方法后,手卫生依从性由15%提高到93%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),手卫生正确率由12%上升到94%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用PDcA循环法,可有效提高医务人员手卫生意识及其依从性,从而降低医院感染发生率。Objective:To explore the application efficacy of PDCA cycle in hand hygiene management of laboratory staff.Methods:Analyze the difference of hand hygiene compliance and correct rate in laboratory after PDCA cycle management.Resultes:After the implementation of PDCA cycle,the hand hygiene compliance of medical staff increased from from 15%to 93%,difference was significant(P<0.05),The correct rate of hand hygiene also increased from 12%to 94%,difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:application of PDCA circular mode is effective to enhance the awareness of hand hygiene as well as its compliance,and then reduce the incidence of hospital infection.
