腓肠肌肌皮瓣修复胫骨外露的效果评估

摘　　要：目的:探讨腓肠肌肌皮瓣修复胫骨外露的的临床效果。方法:选择标准:(1)时间,2015年3月到2018年3月;(2)数量,经过确诊的胫骨外露创面损伤患者60例;(3)分组,患者按照常规换药皮瓣移植和腓肠肌肌皮瓣移植治疗,将30例分为对照组,另外30例分为观察组。(4)观察指标,比较患者疼痛持续时间、创面愈合时间,随访观察1个月,观察患者皮瓣坏死率和愈合率。结果:观察组患者的创面愈合时间缩短,疼痛持续时间减轻(P<0.05),观察组患者的愈合率升高,坏死率降低,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:腓肠肌肌皮瓣修复胫骨外露损伤创面,能取得理想的临床效果,具有积极的临床推广价值。Objective:Yo investigate the clinical effect of gastrocnemius flap in repairing exposed tibia.Methods:Selection criteria:(1)time,March 2015 to March 2018;(2)quantity:60 cases of patients with tibial exposed wound injury diagnosed;(3)grouping:30 cases were divided into the control group and the other 30 cases into the observation group according to routine skin flap transplantation with dressing change and gastrocnemius muscle flap transplantation.(4)to observe the indicators,the pain duration and wound healing time of the patients were compared,and the necrosis rate and healing rate of the skin flap were observed after 1 month follow-up.Results:In the observation group,the wound healing time was shortened and the pain duration was reduced(P<0.05),while the healing rate and necrosis rate were increased in the observation group,with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The gastrocnemius muscle flap can achieve ideal clinical effect in repairing the exposed tibia wound.
