摘　　要：目的:对比腹腔镜腹膜前疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝和Lichtenstein平片疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝效果。方法:选我院腹股沟疝患者56例,随机分为2组,对照组Lichtenstein术,试验组进行TAPP,对比其效果。结果:试验组患者手术耗时、下床时间以及术后住院时长均显著短于或少于对照组,手术费用显著高于对照组,组间差异显著,P<0.05;两组患者出血量对比,差异不显著,P>0.05;两组患者尿潴留、切口感染、积液等并发症发生率和疝复发率均较低,组间差异不显著,P>0.05。结论:TAPP和Lichtenstein术两种手术方式治疗腹股沟疝均具有较好的效果,患者术后并发症和复发率均较低,两者相比,前者对患者手术创伤更小,更有利于患者术后恢复,但前者治疗费用较高。Objective:To compare the effect of laparoscopic peritoneal hernia repair for inguinal hernia and Lichtenstein plain hernia repair for inguinal hernia.Methods:56 patients with inguinal hernia in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received Lichtenstein and the experimental group performed TAPP to compare the effects.Results:The time spent on surgery,the time to get out of bed,and the length of postoperative hospital stay were significantly shorter or less than the control group.The cost of surgery was significantly higher than that of the control group.The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).The difference was not significant,P>0.05.The incidence of urinary retention,wound infection,effusion and other complication rates were lower in the two groups,and the difference between the two groups was not significant,P>0.05.Conclusion:Both TAPP and Lichtenstein have good results in the treatment of inguinal hernia.The postoperative complications and recurrence rate are lower.Compared with the two,the former has less surgical trauma and is more conducive to patients.After recovery,but the former treatment costs are higher.
