摘　　要：目的:对TURP术后发生膀胱痉挛的患者行耳穴贴压法治疗,分析耳穴贴压法治疗的临床价值。方法:选择需接受TURP术的患者,2008年7月~2017年7月TURP术患者共计2510例,术后发生膀胱痉挛32例,行不同的治疗方式:患者共计2510例,术后发生膀胱痉挛32例,行不同的治疗方式:经耳穴贴压法施治、一般治疗,对应组别:研究组、对照组。经SPSS21.0系统分析组间的术后并发症发生率、疼痛评分、膀胱痉挛发生率、住院时间、治疗总有效率数据指标。结果:研究组的术后并发症发生率、疼痛评分、住院时间的数据指标经SPSS21.0系统分析发现均低于对照组,P<0.05,差异显著。结论:对TURP术膀胱痉挛的患者进行术前耳穴贴压法治疗,可以有效预防改善患者发生术后膀胱痉挛,能够有效减轻患者的术后疼痛感程度,可获得更为肯定的临床治疗效果。Objective:To analyze the clinical value of auricular point sticking therapy in the treatment of bladder spasm after TURP.Methods:A total of 2510 patients underwent TURP from July 2008 to July 2017 were selected.32 patients suffered from bladder spasm after TURP.Different treatment methods were adopted:2510 patients,32 patients with bladder spasm after TURP.Different treatment methods were adopted:auricular point sticking therapy,general treatment,and corresponding groups:study group and control group.The incidence of complications,pain score,incidence of bladder spasm,length of stay and total effective rate of treatment were analyzed by SPSS21.0 system.Results:The incidence of complications,pain score and length of stay in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:the TURP bladder spasm patients with preoperative auricular point sticking therapy,can effectively improve the occurrence of postoperative bladder spasm,can effectively reduce the postoperative pain of patients,can obtain more positive clinical effect.
