摘  要:合肥陶冲污水处理厂总规模15万m3/d,其中现状工程5万m3/d,扩建工程10万m3/d。提标改造增加了细格栅工序完善预处理设施,将现状的AAO生物池改造成为五段AO生物池,接触氧化池改造成为上向流反硝化滤池,强化了生物处理系统的脱氮功能。扩建工程采用预处理+五段AO生物处理+高密度沉淀池+反硝化V型滤池组合工艺,出水主要污染物指标执行《地表水环境质量标准》(GB 3838-2002)Ⅳ类标准。为高排标准下巢湖流域污水处理厂提标扩建项目建设积累了工程经验。Hefei Taochong Urban Wastewater Treatment Plant has a total scale of 15×10^4 m^3/d,with the current of 5×10^4 m^3/d,and the expansion of 1×10^5 m^3/d.In the upgrading project,a fine grid process was used to improve the pretreatment efficiency and the AAO was upgraded into five-stage AO tank,the contact oxidation tank was transformed into up-flow denitrifying biological filter.All these measures were aimed to enhance denitrification of the current biological system.In the expansion project,the combined process of"pretreatment+five-stage AO biological tank+high-density sedimentation+denitrifying V-style filter"was used.The main pollutants in the effluent were aimed to reached classⅣof Surface water environmental quality standard(GB 3838-2002).Through this project,the engineering experience has been accumulated for the upgrading and expansion of urban wastewater treatment plant to meet the high discharge standard in Chaohu Basin area.
