十三味健胃饮与胃复春片治疗胃癌前病变疗效比较

摘　　要：目的:比较十三味健胃饮与胃复春片治疗胃癌前病变的临床疗效。方法:将胃癌前病变患者60例按就诊时间先后随机分为观察组、对照组各30例。对照组口服胃复春片,观察组口服十三味健胃饮,对比2组临床疗效与病理结果。结果:总有效率观察组为90.0%,高于对照组的70.0%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),干预后观察组中医症状评分降低,低于干预前及干预后对照组评分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);临床病理疗效比较,总有效率观察组为90.0%,高于对照组的70.0%,与临床有效率具有一致性,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:十三味健胃饮治疗胃癌前病变临床效果优于胃复春片。Objective: To compare clinical effects of ShiSanWei JianWei drink and WeiFuChun tablets in the treatment for precancerous lesion of gastric cancer. Methods: Sixty patients were allocated to the observation group and the control group according to visiting time, 30 cases each group. The control group took WeiFuChun tablets, and the observation group ShiSanWei JianWei drink, to compare clinical effects and pathological effects between both groups. Results: Total effective rate of the observation group was 90.0%, higher than 70.0% of the control group, and the difference showed statistical meaning (P<0.05), after the intervention, TCM symptom scores of the observation group decreased, which were lower than before the intervention and the scores of the control group after the intervention, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);the comparison of clinical effects of pathology, total effective rate of the observation group was 90.0%, higher than 70.0% of the control group, it possessed the uniformity with clinical effective rate, and the difference had statistical meaning (P<0.05). Conclusion: ShiSanWei JianWei drink is superior to WeiFuChun tablets in the treatment for precancerous lesion of gastric cancer.
