摘　　要：目的:观察70例肺间质纤维化患者舌象,为临床辨证及治疗提供参考依据。方法:收集70例肺间质纤维化患者的舌象和一般资料、临床症状及体征、临床定性定量指标等,并录入舌象临床观察表,研究肺间质纤维化患者的舌象特征及其与临床观察指标的相关性。结果:1)肺间质纤维化患者异常舌象特征主要表现为舌色的改变,以暗色、紫色2种瘀血舌象为主;2)肺间质纤维化患者瘀血舌象组呼吸困难评分与非瘀血舌象组相比,存在显著性差异,紫舌组呼吸困难评分最高、呼吸困难程度最重,其次为暗舌组;3)肺间质纤维化患者其余舌象与临床其他症状、体征及血气分析等指标无明显相关性。结论:肺间质纤维化患者异常舌象特征主要表现为舌色改变,舌色以暗色、紫色2种瘀血舌象为主,提示肺间质纤维化主要病因病机之一为瘀血内阻,治疗时应根据病情酌加活血化瘀药物。Objective: To provide the reference and evidence for clinical differentiation and treatment by observing tongue manifestations of 70 cases of pulmonary fibrosis. Methods: Tongue manifestations, common data, clinical symptoms, body signs, clinical qualitative and quantitative indexes of 70 cases of pulmonary fibrosis were collected, and typed into clinical observation table, to study the characteristics of tongue manifestations of pulmonary fibrosis and the correlation between tongue manifestations and the indexes of clinical observation. Results: 1) The characteristics of tongue manifestations of the patients with pulmonary fibrosis were the changes of tongue color, tongue colors were dark and purple mainly;2)The significant difference existed when the patients showing tongue manifestations of blood stasis were compared with non-blood stasis tongue manifestations in the scores of difficult breathing, the scores of difficult breathing of purple tongue group the highest, the most severe the degrees of difficult breathing, the next was dark tongue group;3) No obvious connection was found between other tongue manifestations and other clinical symptoms, the indexes of body signs and blood-gas analysis. Conclusion: Abnormal characteristics of tongue manifestations of the patients are the changes of tongue color, tongue color is dark and purple and they are tongue manifestation of blood stasis mainly, which suggests that one of main cause and pathogenesis of pulmonary fibrosis is internal block of blood stasis, the drugs of promoting blood circulation and eliminating blood stasis when treating the disease according to the conditions of the disease.
