经络氧疗法联合穴位按摩对颈源性眩晕抑郁患者的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察经络氧疗法联合穴位按摩对颈源性眩晕抑郁患者认知功能、血清细胞因子和神经递质的影响。方法:将颈源性眩晕抑郁患者108例随机分为2组各54例,对照组予穴位按摩治疗,研究组予穴位按摩联合经络氧疗法治疗,2组均以10天为1个疗程,持续治疗3个疗程。观察2组患者临床疗效、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分和认知功能变化情况以及血清细胞因子、神经递质水平。结果:总有效率研究组为92.4%,高于对照组的72.2%(P<0.05);2组患者HAMD评分较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);2组简易精神状态检查量表(MMSE)评分较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05);2组血清肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素2(IL-2)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)和白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);2组血清多巴胺(DA)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)和去甲肾上腺素(NE)水平均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:经络氧疗法联合穴位按摩能增强颈源性眩晕抑郁患者认知功能,改善患者血清细胞因子及神经递质水平,效果优于单纯穴位按摩治疗。Objective: To observe the effects of meridian oxygen therapy and acupoint massage on cognitive function, cell factor and neurotransmitter of the patients with cervical vertigo and depression. Methods: All 108 patients were randomly allocated to two groups, 54 cases each group, the control group accepted acupoint massage, and the experiment group meridian oxygen therapy and acupoint massage, ten days were one course, both groups were treated for three courses consecutively. To observe clinical effects, HAMD scores and cognitive function, the levels of cell factor and neurotransmitter in both groups. Results: Total effective rate of the experiment group was 92.4%, higher than 72.2% of the control group (P<0.05);HAMD scores of both groups decreased compared with before treating(P<0.05), and the experiment group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);MMSE scores of both groups raised than before treating(P<0.05), and the experiment group was higher than the control group (P<0.05);the levels of TNF-α, IL-2, IL-6 and IL-1β in both groups lowered compared with before treating (P<0.05), and the experiment group was lower than the control group (P<0.05);the levels of DA, 5-HT and NE in both groups raised compared with before treating (P<0.05), and the experiment group was higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Meridian oxygen therapy and acupoint massage could enhance cognitive function, and improve the levels of cell factor and neurotransmitter of the patients with cervical vertigo and depression, superior to only acupoint massage.
