基于随机对照试验的数据挖掘针灸治疗慢性前列腺炎的选穴规律

摘　　要：目的:基于随机对照研究探讨针灸治疗慢性前列腺炎的选穴规律及疗程特点。方法:检索2017年3月31日前中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、维普网、中国生物医学文献数据库、PubMed、Embase和The Cochrane Library等数据库中针灸治疗慢性前列腺炎的随机对照试验,提取治疗方法、疗程等,并分析选穴规律。结果:纳入研究77篇,选用穴位80个。针灸治疗慢性前列腺炎疗程主要为4周,每个处方平均用穴7个,频率最高的10个腧穴依次为三阴交、中极、关元、肾俞、气海、阴陵泉、秩边、太溪、次髎和足三里。结论:针灸治疗慢性前列腺炎选穴以三阴交、中极和关元为主。Objective: To survey the rules of acupoints selection and the features of the course for acupuncture in the treatment for chronic prostatitis based on randomized controlled trial (RCT). Methods: RCTs of acupuncture in the treatment for chronic prostatitis were searched in CNKI, WanFang, VIP, CBM, PubMed, Embase and the Cochrane Library and the others before March 31st, 2017, therapeutic method, the course and others were extracted and the rules of acupoints selection were analyzed. Results: All 77 articles were included, and 80 acupoints. The course was four weeks mainly, there were seven acupoints in each prescription averagely, ten acupoints in the highest frequencies were Sanyinjiao(SP6), Zhongji(RN3), Guanyuan(CV4), Shenshu(BL23), Qihai (CV6), Yinlingquan (SP9), Zhibian (BL54), Taixi (KI3), Ciliao (BL32) and Zusanli (ST36). Conclusion: The acupoints for acupuncture in the treatment for chronic prostatitis are Sanyinjiao, Zhongji and Guanyuan mainly.
