文献检索式护理证据应用对异位妊娠手术患者围术期应激水平及病情康复的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨文献检索式护理证据应用对异位妊娠手术患者围术期应激水平及病情康复的影响。方法:将异位妊娠手术患者86例采用随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组各43例。对照组开展传统护理照护,研究组在对照组基础上引入文献检索式护理证据,开展相应的针对性干预。观察2组患者干预前及手术后第2天的心率、收缩压、舒张压数值、病情康复状况及并发症发生率。结果:干预后研究组患者心率、收缩压及舒张压均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者术后排气时间、导尿管留置时间、下床活动时间、住院时间及抗生素使用时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者术中出血量、术后并发症发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于异位妊娠手术患者引入文献检索式护理证据并实施相应的干预,能减轻患者围术期应激水平,改善患者病情。Objective: To survey the effects of document retrieval nursing intervention on the stress and the recovery of the patients with ectopic pregnancy during perioperative period. Methods: All 86 patients were separated into the experiment group and the control group using random number table method. The control group launched traditional care, while the experiment group adopted document retrieval nursing intervention, they adopted the corresponding intervention based on the therapy the control group accepted. To observe heart rate, systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, the recovery conditions and the incidence of the complications in both groups before the intervention and at the second day after the surgery. Results: After the intervention, the experiment group was lower than the control group in heart rate, systolic pressure and diastolic pressure, and the difference had statistical meaning (P<0.05). The experiment group was shorter than the control group in postoperative exhaust time, catheter indwelling time, ambulation time, hospitalization time and the time of using antibiotics, and the difference had statistical meaning(P<0.05);the experiment group was lower than the control group in the intraoperative bleeding volume and the incidence of postoperative complications, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Introducing document retrieval nursing to the patients with ectopic pregnancy and implementing the corresponding intervention could mitigate the stress level of the patients during perioperative period and improve the conditions.
