摘 要:利用高效液相色谱测定固体废物中2,4-二硝基氯苯和对硝基氯苯的含量。色谱条件为:色谱柱,InertSustain C18反相色谱柱25cm×4.6mm(5μm);流动相,采用水和乙腈梯度洗脱;柱温,40℃;流速,1.0mL/min;进样体积,10μL;二极管阵列检测器波长,250nm、273nm。2,4-二硝基氯苯和对硝基氯苯的回收率分别为92.0%~108.4%、88.8%~102.1%,相对标准偏差RSD分别为0.76%(n=6)和1.36%(n=6),检出限均为0.002mg/kg。该方法快速、简便、准确、稳定、灵敏度高,适合用于固体废物中2,4-二硝基氯苯与对硝基氯苯的含量测定。A method for the determination of 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene and p-nitrochlorobenzene in solid waste by high performance liquid chromatography was developed. The chromatographic conditions were as follows: column, Inert Sustain C18 reversed-phase chromatographic column 25 cm×4.6 mm (5 μm);mobile phase, gradient elution with water and acetonitrile;column temperature, 40℃;flowing rate, 1.0mL/min;injection volume, 10 μL;wavelength of diode array detector, 250 nm, 273 nm. The recoveries of 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene were 92.0%~108.4% and the p-nitrochlorobenzene were 88.8%~102.1%, with RSD of 0.76%(n=6) and 1.36%(n=6) respectively. The detection limits were 0.002 mg/kg. The method is rapid, simple, accurate and stable. It is suitable for the determination of 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene and p-nitrochlorobenzene in solid waste.
