摘 要:为了改善脉管内部的流动,防止气体在进出脉管的突变截面上发生射流,一般会在脉管的两端添加层流化丝网。而层流化丝网既是均流化元件,同时也是阻力元件。导流丝网的这两种作用如何达到最优化的平衡非常关键,而目前对层流化元件主要通过经验选取,暂无定量的指导。在此对脉管层流化丝网片数对制冷温度的影响展开实验研究和定量分析。实验结果对于在不同制冷量范围,选取最合适的层流化丝网片数以提高制冷机的性能有着重要的研究价值和指导意义。The pulse tube sandwiched between the cold end exchanger of the regenerator and the heat end exchanger of the pulse tube is one of the key components of the pulse tube refrigerator. It can isolate the hot region from the room temperature to prevent other components from working within a hot environment. However, due to the structural characteristic of the heat exchangers,a complicate flow state caused by oscillating jet-flow in the pulse tube will appear and result in a high cooling power loss.In order to improve the flow in the tube, laminar screens were usually added at both ends of the tube. The laminar screens were both a homogenizing element and a resistance element.It was very important to balance the two opposite functions of the laminar screens, however currently layer flow components were mainly selected by experience without quantitative guidance.In view of this problem, this paper conducted experimental research and quantitative analysis on the influence of the number of vascular laminates on the refrigeration temperature.The experimental results have important research value and guiding significance for the selection of the most suitable number of the laminar screens to improve the performance of refrigerating machine in different refrigerating range.
