摘 要:在研究省内外绿色勘查成果的基础上,通过ZJ-40钻机在山西沁水盆地施工的2个煤层气钻孔示范工程项目,对煤层气钻探施工中如何通过设计减少土地压占,如何解决勘查过程最大的污染源--泥浆对地层、地下水的影响等问题进行了研究,得出:在煤层气勘查中通过定向技术和"一基多孔、一孔多支"设计,能大大降低土地占用;通过固控设备、高架引流管建立的泥浆不落地循环系统,在降低对地面、土壤污染的同时,提高了材料利用率;环保泥浆材料的使用和配浆工艺的优化选择,使泥浆循环时在孔壁形成一层致密的硬质泥皮,有效阻止泥浆对深部地层和地下水的影响。这些经验对于实施其他钻探施工具有一定的借鉴意义。On the basis of studying the green exploration achievements both inside and outside Henan Province,through two demonstration projects of CBM drilling in Qinshui Basin of Shanxi Province constructed by ZJ-40 drilling rig,this paper studied how to reduce the land occupation in CBM drilling construction through design,and how to solve the problem of the greatest pollution source in the exploration process,the influence of mud on strata and groundwater.It drew the following conclusions:through directional technology and the design of "multiple boreholes in one site,multi-branch in one hole",the occupation of land can be greatly reduced;through solid control equipment and elevated drainage pipe,the mud non-landing circulation system can reduce the pollution to the ground and soil,and to improve the material utilization rate;the use of environmental protection mud materials and the optimization of mud mixing technology to make the mud wall form a layer of compactness in the mud circulation.Hard mud can effectively prevent the influence of mud on deep formation and groundwater.These experiences can be used for reference in other drilling operations.
