摘  要:低硅炼铁是现代高炉炼铁节能减排的一项重要技术措施。莱钢5#高炉按照公司达标减排的生产要求,在炉况稳定顺行的前提下,通过控制并稳定炉缸温度,提高风量、风温及炉顶压力等有效措施,使生铁含硅量从0.47%降到0.39%,取得了良好的经济效益。Low silicon ironmaking is one of the most important technologies for energy saving and emission reduction in modern blast furnace ironmaking. According to the production requirements of the standard emission reduction of the company, and to ensure regular working of blast furnace, a series of effective measures are taken in No.5 blast furnace of LaiGang, such as improving the quality of raw and fuel materials, controlling hearth temperature, enhancing blast volume, blast temperature, and top pressure, reasonable distributing schedule. Silicon content in hot metal is reduced to 0.39% from 0.47% with good economic benefits.
