摘　　要：随着高校思想政治教育理念的提升,探索和实践从"思政课程"到"课程思政"改革已经成为必然趋势,医学院校如何积极推进思政工作改革,探索开展"课程思政"建设的有效途径,是当前医学教育工作者面临的重要课题。文章通过对建立"课程思政"体系必要性、可行性进行分析,围绕如何开展"课程思政"体系建设提出建议,以提高医学院校思想政治工作实效性。With the improvement of the concept of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, it has become an inevitable trend to explore and practice the reform from "ideological and political courses" to "ideological and political theories teaching in all courses". How to actively promote the reform of ideological and political education in medical colleges and universities and how to explore effective ways to carry out the construction of "ideological and political theories teaching in all courses" is an important issue faced by medical educators at present. Based on the analysis of the necessity and feasibility of establishing the system of "ideological and political theories teaching in all courses", this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to carry out the system construction so as to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political work in medical colleges and universities.
