摘  要:[目的/意义]移动互联的时代背景下,微政务信息公开所形成的新型治理模式使得民政关系日渐凸显,如何协调参与主体间利益均衡、营造协同发展的生态系统已成当务之急。[方法/过程]文章基于生态学共生视角,梳理了微政务信息公开行为共生模式的演化历程(独立生存、寄生、偏利共生、互惠共生);结合博文种群和粉丝种群繁衍规律,构建了微政务生态演化方程,分析了不同生态位下方程平衡点分布和稳定性。[结果/结论]研究表明:寄生、互惠共生、生态位重叠分别是微政务信息公开的发展转折点、稳定点与可持续态位,强调共同合作、相互惠利、适度原则在微政务信息公开现实表征中具有重要意义。[Purpose/significance] Under the background of mobile Internet, the new governance mode formed by micro government affairs information disclosure makes the relationship of civil affairs more and more prominent. It has become an urgent task to coordinate the interests of the participants and create a coordinated development ecosystem.[Method/process] Based on the perspective of ecological symbiosis, this paper combs the evolution process of the symbiosis model of the micro government affairs information disclosure behaviors (independent survival, parasitism, commensalism and mutualism). Combined with the rules of blog population and fans population propagation, the ecosystem evolution equation of micro government affairs is constructed, and the distribution and stability of equation equilibrium points under different ecological niche are analyzed.[Result/conclusion] The study shows that parasitism, mutualism, and the overlap of ecological niche are the turning points, stable points and sustainable positions of the development of micro government affairs information disclosure, which emphasize the significance of common cooperation , mutual benefit and moderation in the practice of micro government affairs information disclosure.
