摘　　要：[目的/意义]在网络环境下探寻健康医疗专家知识的有效抽取和融合,为医疗健康知识服务和决策提供建议和参考。[方法/过程]通过对知识融合相关理论、方法和技术进行梳理和总结形成虚拟健康社区专家知识融合的系统框架,以社区的疾病百科、科普文章为基础并结合相关标准文档构建高血压疾病本体知识库,通过对医患问答平台的文本数据进行知识抽取和知识融合实现专家知识的有效扩充;同时,在D-S证据融合算法的基础上实现"高血压并发症-抗高血压药物"的知识推荐。[结果/结论]将该融合框架应用于高血压领域,实现了高血压疾病本体知识库的有效扩充,揭示了虚拟健康社区专家知识组织、知识融合与知识服务间关联。[Purpose/significance]This paper aims to explore the effective extraction and integration of medical health expert knowledge under the network environment,so as to provide suggestions and references for medical health knowledge service and decision-making.[Method/process] By combing and summarizing the theories,methods and techniques related to knowledge fusion,a system framework of the expert knowledge fusion in virtual health community has been developed.This paper builds an ontology knowledge base of hypertension disease based on the community disease encyclopedia,popular science articles and related standard documents.Through the knowledge extraction and knowledge fusion of the text data of the doctor-patient Q&A platform,the validity of knowledge is expanded.At the same time,by using the D-S evidence fusion algorithm,the knowledge recommendation of "hypertension complications-antihypertensive drugs" is realized.[Result/conclusion] By applying the knowledge fusion framework to hypertension area,the ontology knowledge base of hypertension is effectively expanded.Besides,the relationship between expert knowledge organization,knowledge fusion and knowledge service in virtual health community is revealed.
