摘 要:目的了解哈尔滨市X、γ射线放射工作人员受照剂量水平,为加强和改善放射防护工作提供科学依据。方法按照GBZ 128-2002《职业性外照射个人监测规范》的要求,对哈尔滨市X、γ射线放射工作人员进行个人剂量监测,并对监测结果进行汇总分析。结果 4年共监测人次为2 099人,集体剂量当量为502.818 mSv,人均年剂量当量为0.240 mSv/年。其中医疗人员人均年剂量当量为0.276 mSv/年,工业人员人均年剂量当量为0.117 mSv/年。结论哈尔滨市X、γ射线放射工作人员外照射个人剂量处于较低水平,放射防护安全可靠;工业行业剂量值低于医疗行业剂量值。Objective To understand the radiation close level of X-ray and gamma-ray radiation workers in Harbin, the scientific basis for strengthening and improving radiation protection work was provided.Methods According to the requirements of GBZ 128-2002 " Personal Monitoring Standards for Occupational External Exposure", personal dose monitoring was carried out for X-ray and gamma-ray radiation workers in Harbin, and the monitoring results were summarized and analyzed. Results A total of 2 099 people were monitored in four years. The collective dose equivalent was 502.818 mSv, and the annual dose equivalent per capita was 0.240 mSv/a. Among them, the Per capita annual dose equivalent of medical staff was 0.276 mSv/a, and that of industrial staff was 0.117 mSv/a. Conclusion The personal dose of X-ray and gamma-ray radiation workers in Harbin is at a low level, and the radiation protection is safe and reliable. The dose value of industrial industry is lower than that of medical industry.
