宁泌泰胶囊治疗慢性附睾炎的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评价宁泌泰胶囊治疗慢性附睾炎的临床疗效。方法采用自身对照的临床研究方法,筛选入组40例慢性附睾炎患者,受试者口服宁泌泰胶囊,4粒/次,3次/d,连续服用4周。以CESI评分、附睾结节大小为主要疗效指标,评价宁泌泰胶囊的临床疗效。结果症状评分结果显示,治疗前CESI评分为(14.53±2.97),治疗2周和治疗4周后分别下降至(13.33±3.22)和(10.72±3.49),治疗后与治疗前比较,差异均具统计学意义(M0.0001);疼痛评分治疗前为(6.28±1.78),治疗2周和治疗4周后分别为(5.50±1.95)和(4.49±1.73),治疗后与治疗前比较,差异均具统计学意义;生活质量评分治疗前为(8.25±1.58),治疗2周和治疗4周后分别为(7.82±1.69)和(6.23±2.16),治疗2周和4周后与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01,20.0001)。彩色多普勒超声结果显示,治疗前附睾三径线平均值为(1.30±0.20),治疗4周后降至(0.84±0.32),治疗前后比较差异具统计学意义(P<0.0001 )o治疗4周总有效率为79.49%。结论宁泌泰胶囊能显著改善慢性附睾炎患者的CESI评分和附睾结节大小,具有良好的疗效。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Ningmitai Capsule in the treatment of chronic epididymitis. Methods A total of 40 patients with chronic epididymitis were included in this self-control clinical trial. The subjects were treated with Ningmitai Capsule orally at the dose of 4 capsules per time, three times a day for 4 weeks. The CESI score and epididymal nodule size, as the main therapeutic index, were examined to evaluate the clinical effectiveness. Results The CESI total score was 14.53±2.97 before treatment, and decreased to 13.33±3.222 (P<0.0001) and 10.72±3.486 (P<0.0001) respectively after 2 and 4 weeks of treatment. The pain score decreased from 6.275±1.783 to 5.5± 1.948 (P<0.0001) and 4.487+ 1.73 (P<0.0001) after 2 and 4 weeks of treatment. The quality of life score decreased from 8.25±1.581 to 7.825±1.693 (P<0.01) and 6.231 ±2.158 (P<0.0001) after 2 and 4 weeks of treatment. The Color Doppler ultrasound data showed that the mean diameter of epididymis was 1.295+0.2008 before treatment, and decreased to 0.8387±0.3197 after 4 weeks of treatment (P< 0.0001). After treatment for 4 weeks, the total therapeutic efficiency rate was 79.49%. Conclusion Ningmitai capsule can significantly improve the CESI score and epididymal nodule size in patients with chronic epididymitis, and has good efficacy.
