摘 要:低氧适应是指在一定时间内1次或多次暴露于短暂、非致死性的低氧环境后,机体的内源性保护机制被激发,从而产生显著的预防及治疗效果,根据其应用的时机,分为预适应和后适应。心脑血管疾病是我国成人第一位致残、致死性疾病,大量研究表明,低氧适应通过对多种信号通路分子的调节,起到对心脏和脑的保护作用。此外,低氧适应对线粒体疾病脑损伤也有保护作用。本文综述了低氧适应对高血压、血脂异常以及糖尿病等心脑血管疾病危险因素的影响。低氧适应安全、无创且易操作,若能实现临床转化,可为缺血缺氧性疾病的防治提供新的选择。Hypoxic conditioning refers to the endogenous protective response of body stimulated by one or more exposures to a transient, non-lethal hypoxic environment, resulting in significant preventive and therapeutic effects. It can be divided into pre-conditioning and post-conditioning. Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases are the first disabling and lethal diseases in adults in China. A large number of studies have shown that hypoxia plays a protective role on heart and brain through various signaling pathways. Hypoxic adaptation has a protective effect on mitochondrial encephalopathy. This paper reviewed the influence of hypoxic conditioning on cardio-cerebrovascular risk factors such as hypertension, hyperlipidemia and diabetes mellitus. As a safe, non-invasive and technically easy method, hypoxic conditioning may provide new options for the prevention and treatment of ischemic and hypoxic diseases.
