手法调整膝关节肌力平衡治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:对手法调整膝关节肌力平衡在膝关节骨性关节炎疾病治疗中的临床运用效果进行分析与研究.方法:按随机数字表法,将我院2017年4月-2018年3月所收治的84例膝关节骨性关节炎患者均分为观察组与对照组,对照组予以常规西药(双氯芬酸钠缓释片)治疗,在此前提下,对观察组再予以手法调整膝关节肌力平衡.比较2组患者的VAS评分、WOMAC量表以及临床疗效情况.结果:治疗后,2组患者的VAS、WOMAC评分均低于本组治疗前,差异明显(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的VAS、WOMAC评分显著低于对照组,差异具备统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后总有效率90.5%,高于对照组73.8%,存在显著差异,有统计学意义(x^2=3.062,P<0.05).结论:对膝关节骨性关节炎患者实施手法调整关节肌力平衡,可缓解患者的疼痛,改善其关节功能,值得大力推广使用.Objective: The clinical application of manipulation to adjust the balance of knee joint muscle force in the treatment of osteoarthritis of knee joint was analyzed and studied. Methods: According to the random number table method, 84 cases of knee osteoarthritis patients admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to March 2018 were divided into the adjustment group and the reference group. The reference group was treated with conventional western medicine ( diclofenac sodium sustained release tablets ). On this premise, the adjustment group was then manipulated to adjust the balance of knee joint muscle strength. VAS score, WOMAC scale and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results: After treatment, the VAS and WOMAC scores of the two groups were lower than those of the group before treatment, with significant difference ( P <0. 05 ). The VAS and WOMAC scores in the adjusted group after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The total effective rate (90. 5%) in the adjusted group was higher than that in the control group (73. 8%), and the difference was statistically significant (x2 = 3.062, P < 0. 05 ). Conclusion: Manipulation of knee osteoarthritis patients to adjust the balance of joint muscle strength can relieve the pain of patients ,improve their joint function, it is worth vigorously promoting the use.
