摘  要:旨在通过藏杏果实表型性状变异特点来揭示其遗传变异特点,更好地开发及利用藏杏种质资源.对30组藏杏果实样本的横径、厚度、纵径、单果重、可溶性固形物含量以及果形指数几项形态学指标进行研究.结果表明:藏杏果实表型性状存在一定的遗传分化,但除横径与果形指数外均较小,其中,果实单果重的变异系数最高(14.10%),厚度的变异系数最低(5.37%),表型性状变异幅度不大;藏杏果实各表型性状与可溶性固形物含量间的相关性不大,果实横径却与其他表型性状高度相关;同时在聚类分析后可将不同样本种质资源整体分为3个类群,其中横径和单果重较小的2个类群可首先聚为一类.横径是藏杏表型性状中遗传变异程度较大且是影响果实性状和品质的关键因素.The purpose of this study was to reveal the genetic variation of phenotypic traits ofArmeniacaholosericea through phenotypic traits variation characteristics, so as to better develop and utilize the germplasm resources of Armeniacaholosericea.Several morphological indexes including transverse diameter, thickness, longitudinal diameter, weight of single fruit, soluble solid content and fruit shape index of 30 samples of apricot were studied.The results showed that there was a certain degree of genetic differentiation in phenotypic traits fruit of Armeniacaholosericea, but except the cross diameter and shape index. The variation coefficient of fruit weight of single fruit was the highest(14.10%), and the variation coefficient of thickness was the lowest(5.37%), and the variation range of phenotypic traits was small. The correlation between phenotypic characters and soluble solids content was not significant, but the fruit cross diameter was highly correlated with other phenotypic characters. At the same time, the germplasm resources of different samples can be divided into 3 groups as a whole after cluster analysis, among which 2 groups with small transverse diameter and weight of single fruit can be grouped into one group. The cross diameter was the key factor affecting the fruit quality and the degree of genetic variation in the phenotypic traits ofArmeniacaholosericea.
