薏苡化学成分与药理作用研究概况

摘　　要：本文通过查阅国内外数据库中薏苡化学成分与药理作用的相关文献,对薏苡整个植物所含化学成分与药理作用进行了详细的总结。薏苡含有脂肪酸及其脂类、黄酮类、酰胺类、甾醇类、萜类、多糖和生物碱等多种化合物,薏苡药理作用广泛,包括抗肿瘤、增强免疫、降血糖、抗炎、镇痛、抗菌和抗氧化等作用。通过本文,人们可以更加全面地了解薏苡,为进一步研究薏苡药理作用及其所含化合物的构效关系、作用机制提供一定的参考依据。In this article, the relevant literatures on the chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of Coix lachryma -jobi L. are reviewed. And the chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of the whole plant of Coix lachryma -jobi L. are summarized in detail. The Coix lachryma -jobi L. contain fatty acids and their lipids, flavonoids, amides, sterols, terpenoids, polysaccharides and alkaloids. The Coix lachryma -jobi L. has a wide range of pharmacological effects, including anti-tumor, immunity enhancement, hpyerglycemic, anti-inflammatory, analgesic, antiseptic and antioxidant effects. Through this review, people can have a better understanding of Coix lachryma -jobi L.. It can provide some reference for further study on the relationship between the pharmacological action of Coix lachryma -jobi L. and the structure activity relationship and mechanism of the compounds.
