摘　　要：本文对脑血管病患者介入手术前的焦虑状况进行综述,分析了产生焦虑的相关因素以及焦虑对脑血管病患者的影响。其护理干预措施包括药物疗法、认知干预、人文护理、预见性个体化心理护理、放松训练、健康教育、社会支持等。术前焦虑对脑血管病患者的介入治疗有负面影响,建议护理人员在临床实践中重视患者术前焦虑状态,结合患者情况,采取最佳的护理干预措施,以提高患者介入手术的治疗效果和生活质量。This study reviews the anxiety of patients with cerebrovascular disease before interventional surgery, and analyzes the related factors of anxiety and the impact of anxiety on patients with cerebrovascular disease. Its nursing interventions include drug therapy, cognitive intervention, human care, predictive individualized psychological care, relaxation training, health education, and social support. Preoperative anxiety has a negative impact on the interventional treatment of patients with cerebrovascular disease. It is recommended that nurses pay attention to the preoperative anxiety state in clinical practice, and take the best nursing intervention measures in combination with the patient's condition to improve the treatment and quality of life of patients undergoing interventional surgery.
