摘　　要：以社会心理为维度,剖析公安决策所致社会风险的主要原因是社会心理的失衡,将满足心理安全需要、符合内心期待值、引起轰动效应、有关信息明确、符合社会主义核心价值观等五个因素,分别和社会心理失衡的动机、框架与基准、感觉与知觉、表现形式、内因相联系,从而论证此五种因素作为构建公安决策评估体系指标的合理性。Taking social psychology as the dimension,the main reason of the social risk caused by public security decision-making is the imbalance of social psychology. The paper demonstrated the rationality of these five factors of meeting the psychological security needs,meeting the inner expectation value,causing the sensational effect,clearing the relevant information,and conforming to the socialist core values respectively as indicators of the public security decision-making evaluation system by connecting with the motives,framework and benchmarks,feelings and perceptions,manifestation,and internal factors of social psychological imbalance.
